OSCA’s Winter Swiss – Feb. 3 (Rescheduled)

Our OSCA Winter Swiss Tournament was scheduled on Sat. February 3rd before other events
Unfortunately, another Adult tournament was scheduled in Rhode Island on the same day as our OSCA event.
As a result, The event has been rescheduled, so RI players don’t have to choose between 2 events on the same day
