The Ocean State Chess Association Bylaws are fully in accordance with USCF Bylaws and includes Membership. It is important fact that the Ocean State Chess Association is the only USCF Affiliate in Rhode Island with membership as a governance model, and currently boasts over 800+ members, and the largest chess membership in the State of Rhode Island. OSCA is a fully transparent non-profit organization registered with the Secretary of State of R.I. which serves the public. We will be rolling out new opportunities for membership in the coming year.
