Time Control: Players rated over 299 cannot participate in NR (not rated).
Byes: One ½ point bye in all but final Round; 0 point byes any Round.
Prizes: $250-200, $150 to Top U2000 in Open; $200-150, $100 to Top U1400 in U1800;
Trophies to Top 3 in U1200, U700, NR. Champion Trophies to Open Winner and
Top City Resident. Medals to non-placers in U700 and NR. Prizes via PayPal.
