RICS 3rd Annual MLK Day Scholastic Tournament (Cranston, RI)

When: Monday, January 20th – First Round at 10am.

Location: Edgewood Congregational Church – 1788 Broad St, Cranston, RI 02905

Sections: Unrated, Rated (Under-700), and Rated (Under-1400) Sections.

Players: Open to scholastic players, K-12 only.

Format: 4 Round Swiss Tournament.

Round Times: Round 1 at 10am. All others ASAP.

Time Control: 25 Minutes with 5 second increment. Boards, pieces, and clocks provided.

Entry Fee: $30.00

USCF: Active USCF Membership required for all participants in the Rated section.

Prizes: Trophies to top 3 each section, medals to plus scores.

Capacity: Tournament is limited to 50 players max.

Registration: No onsite registration. Please register online in advance.
