RICS September Scholastic (North Kingstown, RI)

When: Sunday, September 22nd – First Round at 10am.

Location: Rhode Island Chess School – 679 Boston Neck Rd, North Kingstown, RI 02852

Sections: Unrated, Under-700 (Rated), and Under-1400 (Rated).

Players: Open to scholastic players, K-12 only.

Format: 4 Round Swiss Tournament.

Round Times: Round 1 at 10am. All others ASAP.

Time Control: 25 Minutes with 5 second increment. Boards, pieces, and clocks provided.

Entry Fee: $30.00

USCF: Active USCF Membership required for all participants in the Rated section.

Prizes: Trophies to top 3 each section, medals to plus scores.

Capacity: Tournament is limited to 32 players max.

Registration: No onsite registration. Please register online in advance.

Includes: 2 pieces of pizza for all tournament participants
