OSCA Weekly: Cranston Chess Club KIDS & TEENS Thursday’s (Cranston, RI) Grades 5-12

EVERY THURSDAY 7:00 – 8:30 PM

Location:  Legion Bowl – 661 Park Ave, Cranston, RI 02910

CRANSTON CHESS CLUB FOR KIDS & TEENS – 7:00 – 8:30 PM 
* The Club is for Students Grades 5-12, however students Grade 3 & 4 can check it out and join the fun
* Fun Play for students Weekly Chess Lessons available
* Students get free lessons for your first visit (most weeks) – please email for more information
* Elementary & Middle School students MUST be accompanied by a Parent or Guardian
* Both USCF Rated and Unrated (Fun) Games for everyone – $5 per week to play for all students
* (Optional) students can sign up for a U.S. Chess Federation “Youth” Membership (Age 3-19) on Premises
to play in Rated Tournaments – USCF good for 1 year. Unrated Games do not require USCF membership
* Option to play rated games – Time Control G/45;d+10 – each player gets 45 minutes plus 10 second increment
* Video Arcade and Bowling Alley at the Legion Bowl as well
* Medals for Top Unrated Players (No USCF Membership Required)
* Pub on Park is located next door. food/beverages available – students cannot enter pub without a parent
