Round Times & Information
* Round 1 will start at 10:00 AM.  ONE DAY EVENT
* OPEN & U1500 Round Times: 10:00 (Lunch 12:10 PM), 1:00 PM 3:00 PM, 5:00 PM
* U1000 & U600 Round Times: 10:00, 11:10, (Lunch 12:30 PM), 1:15 PM, 2:30 PM (Done by 3:30-4:00 PM)
* Players who arrive late after registration will receive a 1/2 pt. bye or may be paired with late arrivals.
* Byes must be requested in advance
* New Policy: On-site Entries must register 20 minutes before (9:40 AM) Round 1 or risk 1/2 point bye
* Please register in advance by 11/3/2023 @ 11:30PM. Late or On-site entry or day of event is $10 more.

Tournament Entry Fees
* FREE ENTRY FEE for Titled players: GM’s, IM’s, FM’s, CM’s, NM’s, etc. EF deducted if cash prizes awarded.
* EF $45 for OPEN Sections. Late entry is $10 more ($55) online/cash the day of event
* EF: $38 for U1500 Section, Late entry is $10 more ($48) online/cash the day of event
* EF $30 for U1000 & U600 Sections. Late entry $10 more ($40) online/cash the day of event

* Players agree “it’s the “Best Chess Venue in New England”
* Plenty of parking. Beautiful College Campus. Only 12 min. south of Providence (Exit 8, off Route 95)
* Extra skittles rooms, parent rooms, lounge area, cafeteria.
* Cafeteria food stations w/ Lunch Specials, Salad, Burgers, Pasta, Deli Sandwiches, Soup, Pizza
* Chess sets provided. Bring a clock if you have one.
* Lower sections finish around 3:30-4:00 PM. Higher sections around 6:30 PM.
* Open to Out-of-State Players. Anyone can play in a higher section.
* Late Entries will receive 1/2 pt. bye or be paired if possible
