Rounds/Time: 5 Rounds SS, G/30 +3. USCF Rated. Round 1 @ 11 AM, then ASAP
One ½ point bye permitted in Rounds 1-4, must commit by end of registration.
Sections: 3 Sections: Open, U1800 and U1200
Prizes: Open: $300-$200; $100 to Top U2000. State Champion [1] plaque to Open winner.
U1800: $200-$100; $100 to Top U1500. U1800 Champion trophy to winner.
U1200: Trophies to Top 3, Top U800, U600, U400, Unrated.
Other Information
State Champion trophy to Open winner. Unrated not eligible for class prizes.
Prizes based on final standings on USCF tie breaks, NOT USCF distribution rules,
except perfect (5-0) scores, who share money prizes equally. Prizes may not be
combined; one prize per player in listed order. Prizes may be increased depending
on entries.
Tie breaks: For perfect (5-0) scores, a G/5/4 d2 playoff will determine the section winner;
USCF tie breaks determine seeding and color choice; does not affect money prizes
Entry Fee: by 9 AM May 19; NO on site registration. Title players FREE. $50 by May 14;
$60 by May 17; $80 by May 19. U1200 $10 less
Out-of-State: Out-of-state players welcome and prize eligible, except CT Champion plaque

Hardship (varies), Senior (15% off) or Sibling (10%). Premium Members apply discount with provided code.
Title players: FREE for NMs and up; email to register.
GMs and IMs: Entry fee is waived for GMs and IMs
