Rounds Time:	2:30 p.m. – Events Starts 3:00 Pizza & Social 3:30 – Round 1 4:00 – 6:00 p.m. – Blitz Games $15 to Play
Byes:	Players may take up to four half point byes. Chess accessories prizes for the first 15 blitz players to register!
Prize Info:	$100 – $75, Top U1500 $50, Top U1000 $25. Prizes in U1500 & U1000 are awarded by the high current regular or Rapid Rating – Also used for pairings.

Tournament Rules and Other Information

* UNRATED, Free Puzzle Solving, Rapid & Blitz Tournament * The tournament being unrated, we will soften the rules a little bit: if you make an illegal move it doesn’t lose on the spot, instead, the TD will add 1 minute to your opponent. * Places 1 – 10 earn series points: 10 points for 1st place, 9 points for 2nd… 1 point for 10th. * Those who score the most points throughout all 6 events will get prizes. * Chess sets and clocks are provided. * Event is open for out-of-state players
