Limited to 32 players \n\n\n\nAdditional Information* Ocean State Chess Association is helping to sponsor & promote this free event* Tournament will be from 10:00 am – 4:00 pm* Anyone and Everyone is welcome to attend the Chess Lecture at 4:00 – 5:00 pm* Larry Cohen\, Associate National TD is doing this to play & direct a tournament in all 50 states   Rhode Island is his last state !!! * Check in at 9:45-10am on Saturday morning* 3 Rounds are 10:15-12:30-2:30* Bring boards Sets\, and chess clocks as few will be provided * Limit of 1 half point Bye if requested in advance* There is no cost to play in the Octagons* You MUST already be a USCF member * Register in advance.
